We want your shopping experience at Jenni Nicole LLC to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. Return Information

  • Jenni Nicole LLC offers returns for store credit ONLY ( NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).
  • We accept returns for online credit within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your items.  After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. The online credit should match the new purchase price, remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit only the balance is owed.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Please report any damages to info@shopjenninicole.com.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.
  • Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
  • Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

How Do I Make A Return?

  • *Returns must be sent within the first 7 calendar days of receiving your item. After the 7th date the return is considered final sale.
  • Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes
  • Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return could be subject to 20% restock fee.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Jenni Nicole LLC is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.

Rerouted Packages

  • Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please insure shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information.
  • If a address error is made. Please email Jenni Nicole LLC within 8 hours of conformation email. Once orders are processed for shipment. No changed can be made. 
  • If your order is returned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed. 
  • You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into a warehouse
